Cancellation and Refund Policy

Effective 16 October 2026

The short version: if Graphite Pro isn’t right for you, ask within 7 days of buying Pro Lifetime, or of your first Pro Membership payment, and you’ll get your money back in full. No questions asked. You can cancel a membership at any time, and it stops at the end of the period you’ve paid for.

How to ask for a refund

Email aryan@aroice.in within 7 days of your purchase. Include the email address of your Graphite account, and the order number from Lemon Squeezy’s receipt. You don’t need to give a reason.

Pro Membership: cancelling and refunds

  • Cancel any time in Settings › Graphite Pro with Manage Membership…. Nothing more is charged, and you keep Pro until the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
  • Your first payment can be refunded in full within 7 days, like Pro Lifetime. The membership ends when it’s refunded.
  • Later monthly payments aren’t refunded, because you can cancel before the next one. If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, write to us and we’ll refund it.

How it’s paid back

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, through Lemon Squeezy, including any sales tax or VAT you paid. We start the refund within two working days of your request. Your bank or card provider usually takes 5 to 7 working days to show it.

What happens to Pro

When a purchase is refunded in full, Pro turns off for your account, on every device, the next time each one is online. After that, the app works like the free version.

Your documents aren’t affected. Writing, saving, backups and recovery keep working, and your Pro settings are kept in case you come back.

After 7 days

We don’t normally refund purchases older than 7 days. If something has gone wrong, for example Pro didn’t turn on or you were charged twice, write to us anyway and we’ll make it right. This policy doesn’t limit any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.

GitHub Sponsors

Sponsorships through GitHub Sponsors are processed by GitHub under GitHub’s own terms. They support the project and don’t include Pro, so this policy covers Graphite Pro purchases only. Questions about a sponsorship? Write to us.
